Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Sometimes things happen. Packages get damaged or perhaps you ordered the wrong colors. As long as it hasn’t been unwrapped, send it back. 

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The full amount minus shipping costs will be refunded or you can exchange it for a similar item of equal value.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the arrival with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Issues with damaged items are assessed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
