Thank you for shopping with Sole Connect. We strive to ensure your orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. All orders are processed within 4 - 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays), at which time you will receive a notification that your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Shipping fees may apply to return/exchange items. Refer to the Return Policy for more information.

International Shipping
International shipping fees will be added to purchases outside the U.S., Mexico, and Canada at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Short Kingz™ is not responsible for any such charges. Any duties, taxes, or tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Checking Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please, allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact our support team at support@email.com with your name and order number.
